Since the Fomors never complain about being attacked by anything other than bandits, I assume they are attacked by nothing other than bandits. If you talk to the NPCs in Belvast, there's even a local tale of love between a Goblin and a human girl.

My approval conditions stand. SOME variation is fine since there's a difference between cursed enemies and non cursed (though no difference between those born of cursed enemies that are reformed).
