This is not the history of the categories/groups. It's just an overview about playing them. Histories can be found by clicking the names. If you think something should be changed, let me know.

Tuatha De Danann : Tuathans are very close to regular humans. They aren't as strong as Milliteans, but they seem able to learn magic few Milliteans could, such as, chain casting without wands. Unlike Milliteans, they are mortals. They have a different perception of time than Milliteans. There is no new Tuathans in the world, unless requested by a player, so most Tuathans are directly tied to the storyline. Playing one is not advised due to the fact they are weaker IC, you can't have very few choices for a custom past, and their perception of time. These are mainly NPCs.

Fomorian: The Fomorian are very similar to Tuathans, but they belong a different clan. Several races are in the group. Almost all other in-game races except human, elf, and giant are considered Fomorian. They are also naturally weaker than Milliteans as well, and mortals as well. This race is also not advised for the same reason above. These are mainly NPCs.

Millitean: Milliteans are the OOC group of the player. They time passes by as it does in-game. They are naturally stronger than the previous two races. They are able to rebirth upon death (or by themselves). They regenerate faster and are immortal. They are available in all sort of different races(upon request).

Erinn-born: A made up race to allow us to play mortals without some of their bigger faults. While most NPC Erinn-borns are as weak as Tuathans., the player ones are identical to Milliteans except the ability to reborn. This allows fighting to be fair among players. Any race is available for Erinn-borns. Including "Fomorian" races, and while still classified as Fomorian, they are not as old as the original ones, nor do they suffer from their penalty. The same goes for Tuathans.
