My bubbles

Keep in mind if they want to drag something OOCly to town, there is just as much a reason to OOCly kill the mob in town too.

Yes, there is ton of endless scenarios we can go. But, the fact is that the OOC-wise, it has no more protection than turning off PvP. But, that hardly counts as a power. Meaning, it's almost just an IC power with little OOC effect. Therefore, the power will always be in a "half fail half success state", where unless you are on a flying pet, monsters can attack.

If you a time frame is added, you can always say the unlucky person had the bubble pop when the monster attack. And would explain why the player could not, and the monster can.

Which would be the semi-fail.


The permanent bubble would be the 100% success, where it's permanent until you pop it yourself. You don't even need to have PVP on to do the bubble, it can be a speed duel(hard to do, but doable with cooperation).
Monsters around attacking would, of course, mean that the bubble was a semi-success, and had a 'random' time limit. Random being..however long until that bear decided "Hey..I don't like you. You need my claws in your eye sockets."




If you want to drag a monster to town OOC, then have fun? That means it's OOC and I'll just kill it and re-do the bubble if it pops it.

Yes, I suppose reminding people to do their job does make them annoyed, but this power has been waiting on one more approval since.... sometime.

The problem is not the power, is the people.

There is 5-ish active people.
Only 3 of them are active in the power forums. One of them being Soifa... I personally think, she should personally tell them to come here.

But that has nothing to do with this particular power. It's just the lack of people who can approve.
