Elf + Shylock = 264
Thoroughbred = 260

and honestly the speed Diren runs Icly during "Rage speed" is the same as OOCly running with Elf + Shylock.
Of course ONLY during "Rage Speed" Is when he runs that fast. His regular running speed Icly is like a human, like everyone else. And it's a mainstream quest skill/persona/WHATEVER IT'S CONSIDERED >:U, thus why I decided "Maybe I should have this approved before I use it."
