3.) Label the new topic as "[your character's name]'s Application"
4.) Paste the 11 questions into the body text.
5.) Answer the 11 questions (last three are optional and generally for fun).
6.) Post it and wait for peers to review and rate your application.
7.) If favorable, you're accepted as soon as you meet with the recruiter of the Perfect World RPSociety.
8.) If not favorable, you're not accepted and you may have to try again later after making improvements.
9.) If recommended a mentor, take the mentors' offers, it is more useful than improving yourself on your own.
