IC Skill Name: Let there be love!
Power Class: Enthralling
OOC Representation: Love whistle
Description: Luvlelotta sings out the phrase "Let there be love~", putting her magic into her voice. This causes those nearby that can hear her feel happier for a few seconds, but those not paying full attention may be unaffected, even a little bit of distraction can cause the person to not be affected. Anyone with their ears covered, or is not paying attention to her are not affected. Anyone can shake off the feeling if they so wish.
Explain relation: Love whistle forces "iloveyou" gesture to those standing with no skills up. Stepping forward ends the action, hence 'shaking off the feeling'. The whistle is not held IC.
Notes: To avoid the motion OOC: sit down or load a skill.

IC Skill Name: Hover
Power Class: Flight
OOC Representation: Flying pets or Merrow form(it's pink, why not. And if I get lucky, cupid wings can be used to fly.)
Description: Luvlelotta can fly.
Explain relation: Cupids have wings. Wings mean you can fly.
Notes: ...none.

IC Skill Name: War Cupid
Power Class: Transformation, regeneration, physical
OOC Representation: Merrow transformation
Description: Luvlelotta can transform into a slightly more durable cupid form to temporarily raise her health. She cannot attack in this form, and being attacked will cause her to change back. If she is near death, transforming into this form will give her a boost in health that could be enough to keep her alive as she tries to escape. In this form, she has pink skin, larger white wings, and armor.
Explain relation: Transforming gives a boost in defense, protection, and health, and can boost you out of deadly status while transformed. Merrow form cannot attack things, and being attacked ends the transformation. Dreamcatcher is OOC.
Notes: Herp a derp.

What if they are paying attention, but they are
1)Incapable of being happy
2)Grumps.
3)Strong against outer control? (IE. Enthralling, CoD)

You just load a skill or move a bit to 'shake it off'. Grumpy people are the ones that shake it off the most.
