Explain relation: The gesture that happens when the whistle is used shows who it can effect.
Notes: The target(s) can choose if it effects them OOCly.

Description: Stella can sing to plants and lends her mana to help heal them and make them grow.
Explain relation: The effect of the song makes plants dance around and grow a bit, like playing on a homestead.
