Cikavac, Soifa's spirit weapon

Description: Cikavac is the spirit of...well..a cikavac, a mythological bird that serves it's owner, fulfilling the master's every wish and allow them to understand any animal. In Erinn, Cikavac is not as powerful, and is tied to the ornamental fan Soifa possesses. Cikavac was obtained through the normal methods of procuring a spirit weapon, just turned out to be different.
Effects: Cikavac can only translate the intentions of avian creatures. This does not mean the birds will be saying things like "There's someone right behind you" or "That one human lives in -insert obscure location here-". It is more of a simple thing, with only simple things being able to be understood, such as "follow", "danger", "happy", etc.
Notes: Cikavac can appear as an ethereal human/bird hybrid, or as a spirit bird. He is not able to be touched.

So it is just translating? Not giving psychic powers to understand the animals? If it is a translator, I like. Doesn't seem OP'd, just a small tool.

Pretty much, like a German person translating German, it's a bird translating...well..birds.

Just not on the same level, as we can't really prove birds have the same manner of speech as us hidden in those tweets.

What if two people say the birds are saying two different things? Who's right?

Obviously the bird.

Or we talk about it and come to an agreement. Birds can't be very specific, though.

Of course, there's always people that won't agree to anything they don't like...
