A Cryptic Letter

A bulletin appears on the board, separated from the others. It appears to have been delivered from a wolf-like golem, partially damaged and mangled from wear. It reads as follows:

Mysterious wrote:I need others to follow orders, and do as told. No questions asked. Work varies. Not for the weak of heart. If you are interested, respond to this letter in private.

A concerned nobleman

There is small envelope below to place replies in. It is assumed, if you are of the assuming variety, you place your letters in there.

Someone would have left a paper with crude drawings on it in response.

Kasu read the letter with great interest. <"Nothing ventured, nothing gained."> he thought to himself as he wrote his reply: "Your offer intrigues me Concerned Nobleman, I offer you my services." and placed it in the envelope that was obviously for replies.

The Ghost had collected any possible reports concerning the appearance of the message, and who or what had posted it. He then deliberately affixed a reply to the outside of the reply envelope. The only publicly visible portion being a question.

Is your--the author's--surname Entine?:

The Ghost then reported the message to the Dunewyrm, the means by which it appeared, and of the the anonymous response he left with the rest of the replies.

The envelope is returned to the man by the same manner in which it was received; the odd golem. The man glances at the note on the outside, chuckles lightly, and tosses it aside. "Watching for who?"

He reads the note inside. He smiles, and drafts a note:

We will meet in the Dunbarton Library, after hours. Admissions will be on me, quite literally.

The envelope returns to the board in the same as before, and the golem escapes into the jungle. This time, written on the envelope, the following phrase can be read: "You may watch, but you shall never see."

A note is posted next to this by a porcelain woman in a formal black and white dress.

To the person who asked for this man's surname: I need to speak with you.

The Ghost had seen Loro come by and retrieve the replies (That's Loro... Is Lucius back?); only to return some time later to place a new envelope. A messenger came to see him a few minutes later to recite the responses concerning the affixed note.

Well into the evening, he heard someone cry out from an alley near the north gate. After studying the crime scene from a rooftop, the Ghost shared some information with the guards below.
