POliwhirl, you can get poliwag, or wait until you get the good rod and fish in I -think- the route left of Viridian.

Poliwag: Routes 6, 22, 23, 25, Four Island, Fuchsia City, Viridian City, Berry Forest, Cape Brink, Cerulean Cave Floor 1 & Basement 1, Icefall Cave Entrance, Ruin Valley, Safari Zone Areas 1, 2, 3 & Plaza (Fish)

Also, keep in mind Jynx doesn't learn Psychic or Ice Beam upon leveling up. In fact, I don't think it learns any psychic attacking moves. But Since this is in Gen 3, Ice Punch works for a good ice move.

Keep in mind it's still in alpha stage, barely four months old and running for free basically(since if they take donations, Nintendo CAN sue them)

Held item support was the recent add on and some moves were fixed. I imagine pokebreeding IS on their list, just maybe not priority? They're going to put in berries one day, they just put the guy that gives them out, but he serves no current purpose.

An update occured.
Out-of-battle usage for certain skills: DIG, TELEPORT, SURF, STRENGTH

Teleporting for the win! \o/

It also kicks you for being AFK now.

Implemented EV reducing berry effects.
Happiness is now displayed in the Summary window, in a percentage.

And because people STILL ask:
1. To use surf, get surf skill, get the Fushia Gym Badge, stand near a water tile and "talk" to it.
2. To use cut, get cut skill, get the Cerulean Gym Badge, stand near a cuttable tree and "talk" to it.
3. No, Sevii Islands nor the Elite 4 are implemented yet. We will tell you when they are.
4. No, rare candies are not working yet.
5. No, breeding isn't working yet.
