Got on and played for a bit tonight. Add TheKaye if you wish. I am not nuzlocking at this time, but I will try to help out anyone who is. So if you need a Death Fodder Teammate then I'm your guy! If we can even do that... Plus I have the HG rom and the game recognizes it but I don't see my Pokemon following me. It might just be me. But anyhoo! What channel do most hang out on? 5?

5 normally, you have to drag pokemon from your party to the terrain.

Things to know:

Magnitude is crap.
It's rather challenging as the game is still in beta.
Wrap, Bind, etc etc don't work.
Even at -6 accuracy, pokemon seem to have a high hit ratio (It's BS).
You can trade freely, without needing to offer a pokemon up to get one. This makes evolving things like Graveler, HAunter, Kadabra, and Machoke possible.
HAven't tested if dueling gives Exp.
Rare Candies don't work.
For some reason Metal Claw is pitiful against Geodude.
Apparently, Onix outspeeds Bellsprout.


It's a nice idea, and feels like a different pokemon game than FireRed. (Geodude could do so much more work with a working Magnitude.)

Dueling does not give EXP. (Yet.)

It did the damage formula wrong. So yeah. It ALWAYS hit 5 times unless the pokemon died before then. If it did, was holding a reviver seed and came back, the move would FINISH those 5 hits. Plus it always did the power of a metal claw plus the STAB. so if you were in the 5th level of the game, where you had like... 120 HP... and the fearow is hitting you with 5 60s. You already lost 2 reviver seeds in one turn. Arceus help you if you ran into more than one at once.

Tempest (Ungrateful Disobediant prick of a Pidgeotto.)
Snowball (Geodude who's Rock Throw hits a geodude for more damage that Magnitude. Rock Throw being not very effective while magnitude is super effective.)
Tempest2 (Pidgey to replace the UDP of a pidgeotto.)
Lavaplume (Oddish, who wil evolve to become a LAVAplume, instead of a Vileplume.)
Fodder (Ekans...who fails horribly so he shall be death fodder for later, perhaps MISTY.)
Digdug (Diglett. Obligatory diglett incase Snowball dies. They have a cave, how could I NOT get one...unless Dugtrio came first.)

Also. For Nuzlockers. Mercy rule is in effect. If you wipe to something stupid, like a misclick (It happened to me before, honest mistake), or just something bizarrely stupid (Lv31 Dugtrio pops up in the cave and rapes your team....no protection), you are allowed to restart from last "save." Since saves don't exist, it's basically last pokemon center. Since you wiped, yea, you wiped. However, if your pokemon die one at a time, then your last one dies, that is legit and you lose the Nuzlocke.
