Zain. - Seemingly innocent, very clumsy 17 year old elf boy, who looks about 14 due to his scrawny, short body. He's a wiz at French though, thanks to all those books of his.

Diren. - An 18 year old punk of an Incubus. He'd much rather skip class to go hang outside for a cigarette. He tends to bully the weak kid, aka Zain, to do his homework for him. Not really much more to explain.

• He lives alone.
  
• Has a black kitten at home named Shadow.

Steampunk

Zain - An overly nervous 15 year old elf boy. He loves the circus, and soon managed to join it after his parents passed away. He's extremely flexible, thus can fit into small boxes, and other spaces, a contortionist! He's also an amateur acrobat, practicing the tightrope scares him to death, and he's scared he may mess up in front of people. But he's determined to get better.

• Doesn't exactly speak much, or even loudly enough for others to hear sometimes.
  
• Loves strawberries.

Duo - Shadow walkers.

Zain - A young man, elf that is, about 17 years old. He made a pact with a tall, slender, red haired Incubus when he was 9 years old. He won't tell anyone what the pact between him and Diren is, seeing as how they agree'd to keep it a secret, unless they -both- told the story at the same time.

• Tends to live in hotel rooms, seeing as how him and Diren don't make much money for a place to actually live.

Diren - A tall 28(lol340) year old, slender, red haired Incubus. He's made a pact with Zain, a young elf man about 17 years old. He won't tell you what the pact is, but he -will- kill you if you even such as lay a hand on Zain. He seems rather protective, despite their constant bickering amongst themselves.

• You'll usually see him with a cigarette, weither it's lit or not.
  
• Tends to push Zain into the water if it's right next to them.
  
• Teases the crap out of Zain.

Traditional RPG AU

Zain - A young man, elf that is, about 17 years old. He loves music, thus became a bard! Starting off in Tailteann, He met a group of different classes, one had been looking for her sister, so he offered to help. Somehow joining the group in whatever they're doing, he went to the inn with them, and stayed up late with Mariella. They're friends now! \o/ He also found a new family.

• Has a very strange obsession for cute things.

Anime AU

Diren - Diren's an immortal Incubus Grim-reaper. He disguises himself as a human student in 10th grade in order to watch elderly humans, to determine by their actions throughout life on weither they deserve to live, or die. For a reaper, he's rather clumsy, and tends to miss his chances on catching the ones that deserve to die.

Notes

• No one knows what he is, and he'd prefer to keep it that way unless completely necessary.
  
• Those who pay close attention, may notice him following people sometimes.
  
• Has the ability to turn into a shadow.

Zain - Zain is an elf, and a freshman in highschool. When traveling through the ruins of an old building, he came across a strange book, a book filled with magical sayings and such. At first, he thought it was just a fake, until he was attacked one evening on his way home from school. He dropped the book, screamed for help, and when the book fell open, a spell came up from the book. It actually turned his attackers into dust. Now Zain has no idea how to wield such magic, so he's not all that great at it yet. He does know one thing though, when he uses the book himself, it transforms him!

Arriving in Erinn

Zain Hayate- A young 9 year old Elf boy with Bright red hair down passed his shoulders even with parts of it braided, and bright red innocent eyes. The moment he arrived in Erinn, he was timid, scared to death of anyone and anything. He hides and watches people, but will never ever go near someone willingly easy...

• Screams when someone tries to touch him. Even if it's a hug. ((Yes, I remember the time Soifa hugged him when they first met and she asked if she could keep him....Zain screamed bloody murder when she hugged him.))

Diren - A 14 year old(since 15 isn't allowed :|) Half-Incubus, arriving in Erinn from Feudal Japan. He doesn't seem to have much memory of his past life, aside from his first name, race, and the reason he loves pink roses...
