Survival Horror is nothing like environmental survival, or man vs man. Just saying.

When it gets down to it, it's still survival. Just a different setting, meaning different means are required to survive. On an island? Using resources and working together to survive long enough to seek help or get off the island. Apocalypse? Using resources and working together/betraying others/sabatoge to survive. In the end, what's the main goal? Survival. Settings are different, but the main goal of surviving is there.

No, there's man vs nature, man vs man, and man vs zombies. Yes, all involve resources, but VERY different premises. Island survival is nothing like surviving a zombie apocalypse.

I hold true to my point, it's still SURVIVAL, just different setting which causes different CONFLICTS and different means to survive which makes them different, but it's still SURVIVAL as I have stated.

Survival Horror does emphasise 'survival', yes. But the methods of survival and general behaviors of the cast are radically different. Could they all be grouped into one large "Survival" category? Perhaps, but that would be like grouping every music genre into "Music". Man vs Man, Man vs Nature, Man vs Self, and Man vs Freakish Manifestations of a Supernatural Kid's Tormented Mind (you're welcome, Zeffie).

I think that sums it up. They're not close enough to be grouped together like that. XD I wouldn't compare Hunger Games (gross) to Fallout. So we can make them EACH different categories, but not just.. one big survival category since they splinter ANYWAY..

Once the double rainbows are over I do hope to hop in to one of these AUs. ^_^

Ok, slapped a poll up. I've put the TFAU back in there due to requests to do so.

Ok.. since we're starting to get a decent amount of AUs listed again, I've gone back to randomly rolling for them instead of simply listing what hasn't been done or what people ask for.

Rolling sounds fun. Can I roll next week?

I was lagging pretty badly, too. So badly that I had to log off. x_x scariest crag cow run. Going to try and do the RP tomorrow, provided the server lag doesn't freeze me up like tonight.

I was going to hop on searching for the RP, but the fact with all the lag preventing me from logging on is biting me in the butt. So sorry, but my RP shall continue to be in other games!

Nobody seemed to want to RP *shrugs* Least, not when I was able/asking for RP.
