New Member: Nadirah

Okay, Mariella helped clear up a lot of my confusion regarding Nadirah's origins. She's written in a fashion that caters more to a Tuatha, so I'll go that route. I do have alts that I will set up as milletian characters, but I think Nadi is going to go Tuatha.

Character sounds interesting, can't wait to RP with you ^_^
