Inquisitor rhetorically asks a highly technical question - Cap gives a dissertation on the subject while rambling all over the subject matter and possibly revealing things that the Inquisitor didn't even know about their own organization
Inquisitor asks how he knows such things and his sources - Cap looks confused and asks what they were talking about

Cap is feathered and gets back up again - The Tall, lanky, White Haired Guy in saffron robes does not look happy and the poor Inquisitor is blasted through a portal to another dimension.
He thinks his vision may have been damages since everything is in pastel hues and he can not discern any detail.
