Character Name: Tarnas Longrunner
How You Heard About The RP Society: Saw a post about roleplay communities within the Alexina server as I have another character on there. Someone ( I forget the name i'm sorry! ) posted about your guild on Tarlach. After a couple days I bought a character card just to roleplay with your community.
How Long Have You Been Roleplaying? I've been roleplaying for 7 years across various games and roleplay forums. I've roleplayed in settings ranging from fantasy worlds like Mabinogi to modern day metropolitan cities as many different characters and roles.
Is English Your First Language? Yes.
A Short Biography Of Your Character: Tarnas is a young elf who aspires to become an alchemist. Born in a small village outside of Filia on the continent of Iria, Tarnas was different than the others in the village. Growing up he was ridiculed by his odd small stature and eventually abandoned by his parents because of their shame. With an ever growing resent for his peers and a fascination with the world around him Tarnas left the village on his own at the age of 7. As Tarnas wandered into the town of Filia days later he was befriended by an aging alchemist. The alchemist welcomed Tarnas into his home and, out of wishes by Tarnas, appointed him as his apprentice in the art of alchemy. Over the years the alchemist became a father figure for Tarnas. Sadly, after 6 years, the alchemist passed away. Tarnas was saddened, but determined. Following his passions and in respects to the alchemist, Tarnas vowed to pursue his love of alchemy with everything he had. He left Iria for Uladh and began his adventure.
What type of character do you play? Tarnas is young but is oddly small. He is very curious and eager to learn. While friendly, he is at times quite naive. He is also an optimist, and sees good in all people. While not easily scared, he isn't the bravest guy in the bunch.
What is your Mabinogi schedule?I usually play late night on week days (9 pm - 3 am eastern time) but I play on the weekends too.

Hi! First and foremost: there are milletians, and erinn-born. Erinn-born being the character you've described. Please bear in mind that as an Erinn-born, death is permanent. As opposed to milletians, who come back. Are you well aware of this, and prepared to live as a mortal? o:

Yes, I am fully aware of this however I am not a hundred percent sure on the details. Now, from an RP stand point, if I just die during a dungeon run or something is my character dead? Or does my character only die from a roleplayed kill/death?

They only die from a roleplay kill/death. Even if you're "killed" by a monster in a dungeon, during rp, you can play it off as them being knocked unconscious, or just fallen on the ground wounded.

Haha, alright. With that in mind I had a question about the mentorship program required for new members. As stated three roleplays must take place ( no problem ) and three dungeon runs. Are the dungeon runs supposed to be appropriate for the new member's level or am I supposed to tag along in a more difficult dungeon? Regardless, I am down for whatever but i'm just curious.

It'll be appropriate for your level and skills. Even if it's harder than what you can normally do, you won't fail because things are too strong. A lot of it's about how well you work with others, and stuff like that.

Alright thanks for the information. Currently the PC I am on isn't that great and I get a little lag when playing through the day but dungeons usually run fine. However, during the time I posted that I usually play lag is never an issue.

I'm so embarrassed, I misspelled both Uladh and Iria.

OH. You meant Iria.
I thought you were trying to make up a continent somewhere else and was highly confused.
I approve, by the way. <3

You need 1 more approval, and make sure you apply to the guild stone, if you haven't already.

Approved. Nice bio. I appreciate how well you took the questions, as well as the fact you were willing to ask others easily. Hopefully we're what you're looking for in a guild.
Please apply at the guild-stone, otherwise...
