A Short Biography Of Your Character: Shokatsuryou Koumei come from an alternate reality, being the female equivalent of Zhuge Liang in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, her whole existence is a paradox in itself. Brilliant tactician and strategist of Liu Bei, she know little of how to defend herself if forced to fight directly, but she like to study a lot of thing to make herself useful. During a battle against the army of Sun Quan, the world turned white for Koumei and before she knew it, she met Nao in the soulstream, being called as a chosen hero to watch over Erinn. Confused, Koumei woke up in a small town called Tir Chonail, alone and lost...

The bio looks good to me. I'm not familiar with the entire story of Romance of the Three Kingdoms, but I have heard of it.

actually, Zhuge Liang is from the real Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Shokatsuryou Koumei is the japanese version of the name and the female version is from Koihime Musou, which is an eroge game where all the characters are changed to female instead, so my character is really from another reality by itself.

So, would the interpretation of "same name, different character" be correct?

If you, as a player need any combat pointers, don't hesitate to ask. (Some of us are also willing to teach in-character, if your character is wanting some pointers.)

I actually would like to really act as Shokatsuryou Koumei herself, being transfered in this new world as a milletian, discovering everything...so I don't think it is a same name different character, of course, I don't own the rights of the character, but I'd loved to play as her

I have..NO idea who Shoka-something is.

But that doesn't really matter.


We've had people play as characters from games/shows before, and they did pretty well. As for the combat pointers..well..either way that's going to be covered OOC at least during the dungeon mentoring.

Koumei allow the people close to her by her true name (Shuri) which will be much easier than Shokatsuryou. As for the combat training, I really appreciate it, though she will probably seek teaching from a mentor IC instead of OOC, she really lack any mean combat skill and unless an enemy is willing to fall on her sword, she will hardly kill anything. (she started as a merchant since it's the only non-combat oriented class I saw, and I can see it open a wide variety of thing to learn, which fit the character even more)

When it comes to mentoring, it's 3 RPs and 3 dungeons(you have to pass, though. You can't just do them, fail them, and then get the credit, y'know?).

Mentoring is to be done by the mentors we have, so even if she finds an in-character mentor, dungeons with them won't count unless they're of mentor status OOC(mentors are those with red names on the forums, though pink can also do mentoring).

I didn't meant to go against your standards by any means, I'll do as asked...but passing a dungeon... you mean I have to go through 3 whole dungeons and passing them ? -shiver nervously- I think I'll have to study more about fighting...ahoo....

They should be not only fighting as well, but giving you tips and pointers and such. Typically it's not a really difficult dungeon.

-laugh nervously- I only entered one dungeon so far.. Alby I think was the name, I don't fight much, I do enjoy doing part-time jobs for the local people, being useful to them... I've been helping a man named Tracy, it's hard... but it help me to stay in shape, cutting wood for him.

If you want in-character combat training, there's a group of merchants with a number of contacts who can teach your character a thing or two. I'll set up the appropriate threads in the Forum RP and Guild Bulletin sections to get things started.

Do forum RPs count toward the requirements for complete membership? The only reason I ask is because everyone can see the posts, so mentors and councilors are essentially observers who don't need to be there in-character.

I think forum RPs could count...but if so don't be surprised to see someone pop in OOC just to post normal mentoring things, such as suggestions, corrections, etc...
