Anguish..! (Event in Belvast)

"A little more...Have to add just the right amo-" A startled jerk as the scream tore the silent bliss to pieces, and Soifa looked down at the ruined dish. With a sigh, she dumped the waste on a passing by child and adjusted her hat. "That was a type C scream...male..possibly possessed...extremely upset at something. Now I'm hungry.."

Adhamh heard the scream as he was enjoying a nice meal with his new combat trainee, Alyksandr. "What the hell was that?!" They ran towards the sound's origin.

Glacia stretched herself out on her "lawn chair" and just looked out at the scenery of Physis outside her home. It was then that she noticed her broom, Starria, coming at her from the southwest. Starria flew up to Glacia, and immediately told her of what she had heard. "I see....this could be trouble...we should go find out what happened." Glacia, deciding to be prepared, and -finally- recovered and back in her human form, set out on Starria to Belvast, carrying her Arbalest and Staff....and keeping her cylinder concealed as always.

He remained laying in the graveyard where he'd been dropped, a quite sigh escaping as the scream echoed even that far through town. Shame he couldn't see what that was about - then again, if it was related, he was already annoyed enough. After the whole ordeal that happened there, there was nothing but silence until the investigation started; and funny how none of the guards really noticed him in the brief look-around. Just as well, he'd been poked and prodded enough for one evening. Another corpse from someone trying to lift him might've just invited more.

"Where did that runt get to..." Gleipnir wondered aloud while staring up at the never-changing view. Figures the only one of him with legs would lose them like that. Runt...

Aura, Anya, and Anika were all near the boobys when the screech pierced her ears. The twins were chasing after them, much like Aura did chickens, but soon ran back to her side.

'Mommy moooommmmmy!'
'What was that!'
'Did you hear that?'
'That was scary!'
'Is someone hurt mommy?!'
'I'm scared mommy!'
'Is there a monster here?'

They rambled on, quickly, in various questions and clung to Aura's legs. Her ears flattened on top of her head, and she coiled a tail around each one of them. "Even here..? Will those foolish people ever learn to get along..?" With a sigh she bent down to lift them in to her arms, and nuzzle the twins' cheeks.

They still rambled on about what the noise was. Not as much curious, as they were afraid. Within moments, she poofed. Teleporting back to the safety of their home. The girls ran off to explain what they heard to the other children.

Aura sighs, again, "Is it so much to ask for.. they don't ruin everything?" At least home was well protected. ^_^ She'd tell the others what had been heard, that Belvast, unfortunately, will not be safe either.

"We can only hope they'll destroy themselves.."

After the events of that day, Iraselle had demanded that Zain, Eve, and Anala all pack their bags to leave their temporary Belvast home. It was official, Mithos had taken his firsst victim. Would nothing be simple in this life she was marrying into? As she thought of her fiancee leaving to take care of business, she wondered if they ever WOULD get married. She thought of the pain of never seeing him again, of the utter soul destruction he possibly faced. I never should have told him I didn't want to get pregnant before the wedding...

With those thoughts, she left for the graveyard. She'd seen something familiar there and thought it rude to abandon it...

Thats the last time I leave holy waters on a rock. Annoyed that the sword on his hip knocked over the bottles he grumpily walks back to Tailteann to help out around town.
