Forthar was born in Vales, his parents were Duthar and Nara, Duthar was knowned as a great explorer through Vales. Growing up, Forthar showed great promise as a fighter, but always wanted to be an explorer like his dad.

His mother showed him how to be gentle in many things. By age fourteen he learned of the great fued between elves and giants.
Forthar, being non-chalent, didn't care too much about the feud between Giants and elves, so he lived his life as much as he wanted to.

That was his guideline untill he turned sixteen. He learned that his father went missing one day on an exploration mission into the Maiz Ruins. The ordeal happened so fast, that the young giant almost couldn't bear it. Forthar then didn't want anything to do with exploration.
