Father Julian Grannus (Church)
- Spoiler:
- "Woah! Dalvar! What's this?"
Why simple, my friend! This is the church leader done for the City Leaders project! While it may not be a city, the church was deemed both large enough and autonomous enough to warrant having it's own leader.
"Okay, so what is this good for? When would I need him?"
You need him whenever you need the church's opinion on things!
"When's that?"
The church deals with family matters (weddings, divorces, child custody, etc), deaths (and grave care), spiritual matters, things that physically involve the church, as well as anything that directly effects any of the towns that the churches are in.
Full name: Julian Grannus
Gender: Male
Race: Tuatha de Danann, Human
Age: 36
Eyes: Light blue
Hair: White
Likes: Order, the church, flute music, fine wines
Dislikes: Disorder, Fomors, fighting, destruction, conflict, Milletians, alchemists
Personality: Calm, cool, and collected. Julian is a stoic who doesn't let his emotions reach the surface. He seems effortlessly polite, refined, and attentive to every single detail. This is, of course, untrue. His outward persona is the product of training and effort. Inside he has as much passion as the next man, as well as a distrust of Milletians and a dislike of Fomors and alchemists. He is careful, however, not to let this show.
Quote: "In all things, remember the will of god"
"Lymilark loves even those who would destroy that which he has blessed"
Biography: Julian was born in Tir Chonaill and felt the call of religion at an early age. By the time he was 10, he was already in Emain Macha studying to be a priest. By 15 he had achieved this. By the age of 20, he was working in Tara's Pontiff's Court, and it was only up from there. There, in Tara, he was safe during the Twilit Wars but he heard many stories from the refugees and priests who had not been so lucky. After the war, he aided in and organized the reconstruction of many of the churches burnt down by Fenrir and his men. The image of charred wood where there was once a holy place is one that will be burned in his mind until the day he dies. He currently works as the church's spokesperson, keeping a close eye on the business of the various cities.

Q: You don't know we don't refer to Erinn's gods as God (with the capital G)?

He's nicer than Darian.
And not trying to take over the world.

*Puts down a pair of binoculars, allowing the blinders to snap shut.* Minor details! *Goes sneaking in his parish / church / whatever!* How does he feel about elf eyes peering on him in the middle of the night?

With a capital G? (Outside the start of a sentence?) Capital G God is the name of our God. Aton something something pie is the name of what we would call God. Must most(all OOC churches) worship Lymilark.

Although, considering the typos Nexon makes while translating, I guess that doesn't mean much.
