Key features: She has small wings on her back and a little tail, and she carries mommy's staff that's taller than her.
Bio: Raiya was born from her mommy and daddy, Taylene and Cyler. She's pretty small and gets sick easily, but when she's in a healthy condition, you can't get her to shut up easily. She always drags and/or forgets mommy's staff everywhere and wears gloves to keep from shocking her own hands. Her hair is tied up into an unsymetrical ponytail and she can sometimes not have common sense. :T
