Honeko - Warrior of the Embers of Flame

Family: Widow of Serihon, Sister of Darke and Galin (not blood related, adopted), Kitty Sister of Glacia (also adopted), girlfriend of Jack (wants to adopt his son Silver)

Appearance: cat ears and tail that match her dark red haircolor, wearing either a yukata or valencia plate. only with short clothes is her tail visible. Demigod: More of a firey aura, with embers like from a flickering fire, rising off of her.

Racial Assets: Heightened Senses, Good Balance, Cat Empathy (all with limitations, see her powers thread for details)

Racial Weakness: General dislike for water, anything shaped as a ball, yarn and other dangly bits, catnip, and fish and chicken noms. Also strong urge to nap and nap often. Has cat dander so sets off cat allergies. High possibility for sensory overload. If there are a lot of sounds, smells, etc. it may become too difficult to pin point any specific one. The smell or sound of one of her weaknesses will also cause distraction.

Biography: Honeko hails from the land of Kazehon, a large nation ruled by the Empress Kagehana with temples at four places to each of the elements and in the capital is the temple to the element of Void. She found her master, a fire shugenja named Hoshin Kite, when she was banished from the Temple of Hoshin for setting it on fire (yes, a fire temple on fire, go figure). Kite adopted the kitten as her friend and somehow she became as a familiar, a bond very odd for shugenja.

Kite followed in a group of samurai and a monk, who were on a quest by the Empress to try to quell the rising "three kingdoms" and reunite Kazahon back to her. In order to unite the land they needed to defeat a Demigod, the Erinyes Kurohana. After many travels the group of five, the four warriors wielding artifacts of each of the five Great Kami, and Kite holding the ancient scroll to bring her true essence, they were able to defeat the devil.

After this, Honeko found herself on Erinn, leaving her to believe that Kite took Hoshin's place as the Great Fire Kami, now called Hoshi, while the familiar is brought here to start her own life. This time in a human body. Honeko did not have memory of her past and who she was until much later. She believes as a familiar shares as soul with their master, that she is really more of a mix of herself and Kite, although she is not certain.

As her time as a human, she met many people and trained in the art of fighting with twin swords. She also learned some fire alchemy. She adopted Darke and Galin as older brothers and met and fell in love with the Ice Mage Serihon. They later married.

Honeko was among the group of heroes fighting at the Battle for Taill against the Requiem. She fought hard and died. Nao then rebirthed her into the form of a nekojin.

Some point after this, Serihon and his brother died of mysterious means, leaving her alone. She has found solace in her friends and a new close friend in Jack, a knight in Tara.
