Character Name: Kalamiko
How You Heard About The RP Society: I was wandering around Tir Chonaill, when i discovered the Guild Stone.
How Long Have You Been Roleplaying? Never, but, always eager to try new things.
Is English Your First Language? Yes.
A Short Biography Of Your Character: Kalamiko was born into the poor family of the Laurens, on the continent of Samehada. Samehada, being a quiet, non-prosperous, out-of-the-way continent, had little to no contact with the outside world, although, were technologically advanced in their own right. Kalamiko, from birth, had a special ability to sense emotions in others, and was apprenticed by a High Priest. While in the temple, Kalamiko learned many Magical skills, as well as basic Melee. In the Samehaden year of 3067, the continent seperated into two colonies. One believing all people were equal, the Esportans, and the people who believed the rich were the most powerful, the Risportans.
Kalamiko belonged to the Esportans. Years later, in the city of K'limak, Kalamko was teaching poor children about God's power. When, suddenly, a Risportan attack on K'limak raged. All the city was demolished, it's people enslaved, along with Kalamiko, who was enslaved to a greedy and rich Risportan. One day, the Risportan beat Kalamiko harshly. That night, Kalamiko and many other slaves in the Risportan's household, banded together in the Coup'Detat of the Risportan. Kalamiko herself gave in to hate and rage, and slew the Risportan herself.
Ashamed, she fled the house, and ran as far as her legs would take her. After days of no food and little water from rainfall, she arrived in the barren and destroyed city of K'limak once again. There, at the monastery she served, she prayed at the demolished altar for hope, and a way out for the oppressed Esportans. Her answer came in the form of a young man named Levanion, who was also a slave in the coal room at the Risportan's house. Together with Levanion, the two made a group of many other young Esportans. The group, who called themselves
Ricorde A'Phineo, Samehaden for "Fire of Freedom", discovered a way to escape this barren continent, ravaged by war. Ricorde A'Phineo used the scraps of metal and other materials left in the destroyed city of K'limak, to build a Aero-Vehicle big enough for two passengers, as they could find only enough materials to make it with two seats. Ricorde A'Phineo voted that Kalamiko and Levanion, who had grown to more than friends in the past while, would leave Samehada and search for a place free of war, and come back with help for the Esportans. On the maiden voyage, the sailing went smoothly as the pair flew through the clouds. But... it was not to last.
Three days after setting out, a wild storm blew upon the Aero-Vehicle, and Levanion's seat was blown out along with him. Kalamiko, almost too shocked to speak at witnessing her lover being blown out of the Aero-Vehicle, was hit over the head with a fan from out of the engine.
Losing conciousness, Kalamiko's only thought was, "How will i live without you.."
...
....
Kalamiko awoke with a start. she was lying on a road, with a slim, young man looking over her. The man introduced himself as Erosiaku, and that Kalamiko was in the world of Erinn.....
What type of character do you play? As stated above, i play a Magic & Melee based Character. I enjoy learning new strategies, and best ways to take down an opposing force. Always eager to learn, i become proficient in things quickly.
What is your Mabinogi schedule? Once a day to 5-6 times a week.

I like her, and I like the effort put into the biography; simple yet effective.
The other parts of your characters history will flesh out through the role-plays, no doubt.
You have my approval. *nods*

So many non-Errin-born individuals coming from technologically advanced worlds.
*raises hand* Zachary Dellinger was from a post-Apoc Earth, with a couple of twists thrown in.
Again, however, I extend my approval to you and your character, and I can't wait for the role-playing.

Three shall be the number. Not one less, not one more. It shall not be two. It shall not be four. It shall be three.

((But more approvals are always welcomed, ne?))

I give my approval. She looks absolutely fun to play with! i'm curious - is Erosiaku someone you'll play as well? Or is he just a random name thrown in there. Speaking of names, so many long ones! I know if I were the one with that biography, I'd probably mispell them every which way and forget a few.

Looking forward to meeting you!

And the Lord spake, saying, 'First shalt thou Fill out the Holy Application Post. Then, shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, nor either count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it.'
Amen.

scratch OK, where does this grenade come into the application process?

Doesn't your character on Mabinogi not come from Erinn anyway?
Nao takes you to Erinn from the Soul Stream when you start.

An outsider is the game's official view.

Some people decide to play as natives. This is our guild after all, what we want to be is entirely up to us.

My characters came from a world very similar to modern day Earth, except that magic exists, if being extremely rare, low powered, and far from common knowledge((So who knows, it might turn out to be the same in this Earth))

In any case, it's a bit late but I give my approval to this one

Yeah...you have that right. You CAN have it where your a native to Erinn, but you don't get the perks of not dieing. Which you need in this guild apperently.

Tuatha Dé Dananns-- Natives of Erinn
Milletians- Soul Streamers

The Tuatha Dé Dananns and the Fomorians are enemies due to a argument between divine beings. The Milletians were brought in by Morrigan via Nao to assist in the war. Elven and Giant Milletians are curious as there is no war between Elves/Giants and Fomorians.

It's from Celtic Myth. After all, the term Mabinogi comes from a famous Welsh Celtic book called the Mabinogion.
