How he came to be in Erinn:
Richard was a part of the US military in modern day earth. He was working his way through a tour in Afghanistan when a land mine went off. To fight through the initial shock and grief from the realization of eternity, he currently trains himself night and day to the brink. When he's not training, he's helping others through their problems by being a good listener. As a hobby, he also enjoys beating up bandits that are harassing trade caravans.
