Death of an old one.

Tuatha de Dannan Kahden Yggdrasil passed away last Samhain during his sleep.
Considering his accomplishments and the great deal of people he has touched during his long life, we will be holding a large ceremony in Sen Mag Plains during the next Samhain.

If you with to speak publicly to honor him during the funerals, please contact me, Danyella Yggdrasil, so that may be scheduled.

The paper was posted in every town. Under it were already multiple replies.

If anyone asked who posted it, the ones that saw would say it was a purple haired woman, decked in purple and bright green.

Diren walked up to the board in Port Cobh, looking it over on his way home. "What a shame...He was a patient of mine once....I do hope those last days were painless for him......" He makes a note of where to go on Samhain.

Hyuponia would unfortunately not attend the event. Upon passing by one of the notices, he is struck by a familiar pain. It is loss, and it had followed him quite a ways from his days in the Royal Army. Kahden had been a good man; a peerless swordsman. One of the few, if reluctant friends Hyuponia had during those times. A simple request is placed upon the board, along with an emblem. It is faded with time, but still shines with the utmost care. It is an insignia of the Royal Army. Emblazoned upon it is a name. Hyuponia.

"Will you please deliver this to his body for me? I'm sure he would have appreciated the morbid humor in the gesture."

And indeed, no one parted with the emblems. To do so would be to die. Part of the Incubus did that day, with Kahden. That piece of his past would be quite literally buried with him, where it belonged. A story ended, but it's retelling unfinished. Such was the burden of the immortal Milliteans.

Retsuno mentioned it to his father after having recalled the name in one of his past letters. Given Temo's predicament, he couldn't exactly pay respects to someone he considered something of an idol in the past, which was what made the boy volunteer to at least go take a look himself. Given the new profession he was trying to start up for himself, a history lesson or two might do him some good.

"Mercy" sends condolences. Nobody really knows me, and I don't really have anything to stay, but I was wondering if I could attend the funeral in his stead since he is unable to do so. Please respond whenever convenient.
