How You Heard About The RP Society: I saw many of the members walking about the world durring my travels.

How Long Have You Been Roleplaying? Many years starting with Gaia Online (when it was first known as Go Gaia), then moving onto Dungeons and Dragons, and I've even done some Live Action Role Play (Amtgard,SCA,SCP) I'm also a part of a guild known as ULGG (United Legit Gamers Guild). I also play many MMORPGs such as Guild Wars, World of Warcraft, Rohan: Blood Fued, and of course Mabinogi.

Is English Your First Language? Yes

A Short Biography Of Your Character: Giyon was born the first born son of his family but he is also the youngest of his family. His father Lyon was a scholar by trade and enjoyed ancient wisdom and cultures, his mother Gennie was a Healer who specialized in potions and elixers. His older sister Aoelia was a mage who spent most of her time studying and training in the ways of the arcane. Giyon's mother and father were taken from him by a terrible disease his older sister moved on leaving him behind to mourn alone. He was very young and did not have any idea of what his place in the world would be, so he traveld the world learning all he could and from the wisdom he had collected he discoverd his love of music and lore and so he became a bard.

What type of character do you play? A Bard in mourning

What is your Mabinogi schedule? Since I have found a guild that interests me I will try to be on at least 3 times a week. I am in the Pacific Timezone if that helps any.

So I'm not the only one here who knows about Gaia...although the problem is I havn't gotten on in a while...like a year or so...

Gaia Got hackd -got Banned - got no Customer service support - just tough noogies -ah well, look for Thrudd if the account hasn't been deleted - had a lot of decent stuff in there

D&D old skool for the win - 4th ed is ..... well lets just say something marketing told the designers to submit by the end of the week or everyone is fired (gota love big business management types)

My original, one and only Gaia account that had stuff I spent cash money for also got hacked, stripped of all property and then abandoned, I believe because of my account on Subeta and some kind of war that had been declared on their users. I still can't get it back and I know I'll never be able to afford to replace what I lost on the new account.

That being said, I do like your background story.

With the membership drive this month, you can bypass the mentoring process with the recommendation of any RPS member in good standing. Find some RPS members to hang out with and impress with your roleplaying or personality. You can use the forums to arrange a meeting or look for us in Tarlach channel 5. Most of us pass through Dunbarton several times a day. I'm on most evenings if you care to add me to your friends list in game.
