Mysterious Litterbug

In the past couple of days, there have been several complaints in Emain Macha about how filthy the shores around the lake have become. Someone appears to have been leaving fished-up garbage all over the islands; and it's agitating locals and animals. People who have made efforts to clean say they notice what appeared to be a child in reeds and blue rags running about other islands a few hours before they become a garbage heaps as well, so whoever it is, is still at it. A small reward has been offered to those who can help keep the shorelines clean, capture the little litterbug, or both.

[[As far as the reward goes...it's tiny. But on the bright side you might get fished up junk? There's plenty of that! ]]

Whoever it was leaving junk all over the shores of the lake, they've returned with a vengeance. There seems to be even more garbage tossed about the islands - some things that nobody can even recognize being from town!
