Here's the two cents from the peanut gallery. If your character is Milletian (They came through the Soul Stream) then you can construct any biography you want (As long as we can follow it O.o). A Milletian cannot die in Erinn, they rebirth. Since they are not from Erinn, you don't have to have a clue about the game! As a matter of fact, being as clueless as the character should be upon first entering may be a good tool for character development--They can learn as you do.
