Abilities: I don't know if you would call it an ability, but she unwillingly spends half her time as a little white fox. Or perhaps the little white fox willingly becomes human for a little while?

Build: Slender, with exceptionally small hands and feet

Biography:
Wispy has a recurring dream. in it, she watches the moon on a pool of water and laughingly wades in to try and capture it. But when her hands brush the silvery disk, her form changes to that of a fox. This is the only clue she has to what may have caused her unique curse.

Normally, certain conditions of the stars and sky must be met for her to be able to stay human, but because of recent events [Twilight Tear's shards] She has discovered that, for now, she can change at will.Spending more time as a human, her language abilities have improved and she has become much distressed at the turn the world is taking... at least, according to what she has heard. She has resolved to do her part to try and affect a better outcome.

She does her best to keep her "curse" a secret and affect the part of a somewhat naive human girl. But sometimes, her plain old ignorance on common things like clothing and weaponry give her a 'have been living under a rock' aura.
