Beatrice's Whip

Though I'm requesting this for Beatrice in specific, I'm giving permission to let this item be available for anyone that wants to use a whip weapon(via handle bars). ofc upon request, but yeah.

IC Item: Whip
Item Class: Item (Weapon, even though it's not added in classes.)
OOC Item: Handle Bars
Description: A standard basic whip made of hard leather. Nothing unique about it.
Effects: It's just an average leather whip.
Notes: This allows the use of string based puppet skills as being used with a whip, rather than 'strings.' If using puppet snare, and the skill ends, the whip IC can remain around the target longer than the skill applies(duration depending on RP).
Level: Level 0

I really have no issues with this.

But I don't think green counts for approval count.

All I can say is....

I was thinking more like,

I'm more with Aura, music-wise.

And yeah, this seems like a fine power and the handle-bars seem like a good thing to represent it with.
