How he came to be in Erinn:
Ryai was originally born as an incubus, many many years ago. He lived among humans disguised as an aristocrat to feed upon the wives of nobles. One faithful night while seducing the wife of a noblemen, Ryai was captured by an angry mob fed up with his seduction of their wives and monstrous ways. It is unknown if the men who killed Ryaithen ever knew his true nature, but none the less Nao transported his soul to Erinn.
