How he came to be in Erinn:

Alexander Leithem was, in his world, an individual who could be described as being slightly odd-minded. He had been a very social and successful child. His existance made a sudden turn for the worse when he learned that his father was working on developing a chemical super-weapon. Matthias Leithem had always been a charitable, peace-advocating individual around his son. He had once told his son that all of the problems of the world could be resolved without violence. To learn that his father was the lead developer of a weapon that would be capable of eliminating all of the life from an entire country was devastating for Alexander. Worse still was when he learned that it was all being done "for the benefit of all people", or so his father had said. As development of this weapon progressed, Alexander decided that he could no longer call Matthias his father. He couldn't stand the thought of any man capable of such deception and foolishness being left to live. Alexander dropped cyanide into his father's drink, and he died shortly afterward. He knew then that he would also have to set out to exterminate every single individual involved with the creation of the chemical super-weapon. Of course, his mother entered the room to discover his father's corpse. As she screamed with shock and grief, Alexander threw a knife into her neck, killing her.

To locate his father's collaborators, Alexander broke into his laboratory to look for some kind of documentation. He found the addresses of all of the scientists involved with the weapon project, and, over the course of three months, had eliminated almost all of them with great stealth. At this point, he was being hunted down by the government, and had to hurry to kill the final scientist. When he arrived at the laboratory, he found the scientist awaiting him with guns in hand. Thankfully, Alexander had brought along some grenades and an assault rifle to have some form of security as he took out the scientist. The government was expecting this raid of Alexander's, however, and, as he drew his rifle, three soldiers entered the room. As they took aim at Alexander, he grabbed a grenade and lobbed it into the scientist's face, killing everyone in the room, and bringing the roof of his laboratory crashing down on top of their bodies.

Alexander opened his eyes, expecting to find huge caverns filled with scorching infernos waiting to punish him for the murders of thirty-seven scientists, but instead saw a silvery-haired woman standing above him, telling him that he was going to be sent into some world called "Erinn". Alexander fully expected to find that Erinn would be a world filled to the brim with humans. People who will go to any lengths to achieve a despicable end. He promised himself that he would hunt down each and every individual who in any way seeks to commit a heinous act. Be they people seeking to resurrect some ancient evil, or researching ways to eliminate a population, Alxeim seeks to uphold what he believes to be a kind of balance, though it is really kind of deranged. He will go to any length to eliminate those who would breach this "balance", be it because they seek to eliminate humanity, or to seal off part of the world from Fomors.

((I fully expect that there will be a number of questions about this backstory, particularly the last paragraph. Alxeim is a kind of chaotic-neutral individual, who seeks to maintain a balance of power between the forces of "good and evil" (so to speak) in Erinn, and will do anything necessary to eliminate those who seek to imbalance the scale.))
