Eco-LOLogy

Right, so to those who have wondered where I disappeared to since returning and not playing on Mabi, I guess I'll share. Square Enix decided to make a sequel to the MMO, Dofus, called Wakfu. I didn't play too much of Dofus to fully get it, but as far as Wakfu goes, story is you're reincarnated from some worldly disaster involving a silly ogre falling in love with someone who betrayed him or something like that. Your goal is to restore balance to the new world on one of four continents.

This includes, but is not limited to, planting/harvesting, breeding/culling herds, conquering territories between or on other continents, and using various resources to work the market, cook, build equipment, and so on. Politics seem to take a small role too, as players can take up offices for each island, alter taxes, climates, and other things I don't really get yet.

Anyways, here's link. http://www.wakfu.com/na/mmorpg It's in open beta right now; and rumor has it everything's getting wiped to start fresh when it's officially released, so as of a few days ago, half of the continents seem to be screwing up their ecosystems for laughs. Still, it's been amusing and fun.

Only thing I don't like about it is that it has the same problem Dofus did for me when I tried that. It takes for friggin'-ever to level combat-wise due to killer mobs. DX

For a split second, I mistook "Wakfu" as "Waifu" and went, "Does Latte know of this? :I"

However, I'll still check this out.

I don't play much anymore, but I will if I feel like it. :3

I went Sram, found out that I can solo stuff as long as I don't take much damage from things.

Otherwise, Iop and Sacrier were my choices.
