History:
Long before her time, the sprites of her world were a thriving race. They lived among humans and life was prosperous. When the humans rose against the gods of the world, the sprites offered their help to gods. Allowing themselves to be sacrificed in order to sustain the powers of the gods. There was one goddess who appeared to take pity on them above the others. And promised to care for one of theirs every generation that passed. For many generations the sprites took a child to the goddess, for that child to live out a happy life. As time went by the sprites began to thin in population, until only a small family was left. They offered their new born daughter to the goddess, and eventually perished as well.
As Jemma, she lived a life of luxury any princess would envy. Jetta served as the goddess' guardian. A knight to protect the woman who cared so deeply for her. But as fate would have it for the 'cursed' sprites, Jetta offered her life to the goddess to sustain her a little while longer. Of course, it killed the girl in the process.

Jetta believes as a reward for her good deed and sacrifice, she was sent to heavenly world to start a new life. And Jemma.. is just as confused as she had ever been.

A Jetta and a Jedda (Topi's real name). That's gonna cause confusion once he tells people his actual name. xD Though the Ts seem more appropriately feminine.
