The Arux Bivnix

It was quite a bit of work. Hyuponia had to find a way to comply with zoning laws. He had to alter the deed to fit the villa’s new purpose. Service and employment policies had to be created. The registered location to which business tax was to be paid had to be settled; Tara. Legally he could not head into Emain Macha...So attempting negotiations with them was unfortunately out of the question in going forward. He had refurnished the building, having to resettle on a more rustic theme befitting the countryside, as well as remove all personal effects from the dwelling.

He had cleaned and dusted the home himself, and stocked the house with a plethora of care products boarding from basic to exotic. A few walls had to be knocked down, others set up. The ceiling was remodeled to expand upon the dining area, which was promptly filled with many tables and chairs. It cost him the study; but it was well worth the effort of relocating his scrolls and tomes. Each room on each floor had to undergo a transformation as well. No two guest rooms were identical, as each were to follow a different theme. More construction work would see that proper plumbing would accommodate each and every one. They all even received plaques upon door frames, given various subtle, yet catchy names that aligned with their respective themes.

The green haired Incubus stood silently outside of the almost intimidating brick four story for final inspection. An arm was curled under his stomach, holding his opposite elbow up propped, which in turn cupped his chin, stroking thoughtfully. Soft, yet intensely intelligent glittering red eyes roved hungrily over a small pout...Which slowly turned into a smile of growing confidence. Several days pass, and various fliers begin appearing throughout Udalh as advertisement. Hyuponia very rarely did anything interesting with his time; but when he chose to, the outcome was usually rather extravagant. In this case? He had converted one of his homes into a hotel.

((As a special update to the themes of the rooms themselves, I've decided to take an interesting approach to it. I'm going to be asking YOU guys what you want to see as room themes before I go ahead and write up what description of what the Arux looks like inside and out. There are twenty one rooms, and Hyu's not really limited monetarily. So as long as it's not too wild, anything goes. I'm interested to see the ideas.))

((So far we've got ideas for Dungeon themed rooms; Which yeah, sounds pretty good. There's not nearly enough of them though for all 21, so any other ideas?))

((Maybe some rooms themed after different seasons or months of Our world. Or rooms themed after different cities, every city has it's own uniqueness to it.

((Also, don't forget, you shouldn't use all the dungeons. I'm pretty sure an NPC family with 2 small children would feel a bit uneasy with staying in a Peaca or Baol or even Rabbie/Math themed Room. >>;; ))
