Ok, so lots of speculation about this Season. It's the last of G2, and supposed to bring Ego weapons, and *crosses fingers* Handicraft, not to mention gathering pets.

Here is a little information on the wiki about what we either know or think is coming:

Well as they're making a splash about the ego weapons...

Looks like we get Ego Weapons.

So, yah, I can forsee myself farming a lot of proficiency on my alts -_-;

Since to repair an ego weapon you gotta -feed- it a non ego weapon, and a potion. I'm pretty sure they're going to make the ingredient for the potion that's required, a

Yay for uber stat, cannibalistic weapons, with cool animations.

But, oh my god. A base claymore that hits for 40-55 base damage, 0-6 injury (Yay! Injury rate on a weapon other than a bow/xbow), starts with 20 crit, balance 50 and a base of 58 durability!

Sure ... I'll have to feed it a claymore with at least 50 durability to repair it... but if I can do that once a week. twice a week...

I'm kind of glad I prefer to use daggers, honestly.
Although the one I have has worn down to only 4 durability... oh well.

Those in need of basic weapons, i.e. dagger, short sword, long sword, should feel free to contact me or send me a message on the forum.

I can usually make +3-4 durability weapons. Just let me know folks.

The + dura on the weapons doesn't matter so much, all Egos start at the same base profile; However, to make it an Ego, you gotta keep it at 80% or higher of it's max durability Ex: the 100 proficiency claymore I've got in the bank with durability 10/10 is only good for weapon food at this point, since 10/13 = 76%.

Same with the one I've got in hand. Damn me for spacing out when getting the sword repaired.

Wasn't blessed one too many times. 11/13 would have let me keep it. Oh well.

I will have to check through my inventories and see if I actually have anything at both 100 exp and at least 80% of base durability.
Somehow I get the feeling I'm going to be short that 1 point somewhere.

But the costs to keep the lil'critter happy is crazy, crazy, from what I have read so far - at least they are not sucking your personal stats down but still

That may be true that when becomes set to Ego status the original durability doesn't matter, but the increased durability will help to keep it above the 80% of original.
Ex. Dagger originally 9 durability, loss of 2 durability results in loss of ego possibility. Dagger with 12 durability, loss of 2 durability results in potential ego weapon.

Perhaps we could list here what collection pets people are getting? That'll help weavers/herbalists/milk drinkers an idea of people who can help them with their gathering.

I, myself, bought the spider. I have realized, however that the collection pets are beyond useless in battle. On that note I will not be getting a sheep as originally anticipated. But even still, my spider is of use to anyone who needs web on demand.

We have Handicraft, and it is truly great. Anyone in need of arrowheads for their arrows, let me know.
I'll need iron ore to get the ingots to make the arrowheads.

As for pets, I'm undecided as yet.

I got the Samoyed and I have to say, having your pet grab your loots (and going "Bark Bark" when successful) is pretty cool... Until the goblins target the poor thing. But I like the fluffy happy dog.

Cheap poles and if the crafty skill gets good enough then the GREAT poles.

As for pets? second one is that dog Drie to fetch and carry (Ein and Zwei were names already taken)

Now for the ole Cap to start on being a minor miner so he can get those gosh darn high quality arrowheads to get past Rank C as well as get weave and Tailor past C .... Hmm I see a pattern here.
