Zenkaris Tanamakis - Chief of Darkness

Name: Zenkaris Tanamakis (Zenka)
Age Twenty four (Not Erinn age)
Appearance: Black hair ending in a small ponytail. (Guitarist style), Indifferent black eyes, and an uncaring mouth.
Race: Incubus in body, Person of Darkness in soul
Personality: Like Higura, Zenka learned about positive emotions, but through different methods. He just completely ignored them, saying they were for the weak, and not for one born of the darkness. Having a full understanding over everything, he became a manipulative person, doing whatever he wanted, as long as it helped himself, more than others. If he's acting friendly, then watch yourself. Otherwise, he's blank faced and emotionless, or perhaps filled with dark emotion.
History:Zenka became the chief of his people at the age of Twenty-Four. When granted such an important position, the dark magic freezes the persons age. So Zenka watched over his people, knowing that they were the ones to kill the gods, and bring about an eternity of darkness. Zenka had often met with the gods, making deals with them so they would not destroy his small home. He always had an ulterior motive, but he managed to strike up a deal. They wanted to test a magical contract upon select individuals in the village. They chose two people to start with, a man named Icarus Gainishigi, and his mate, Natsume Gainishigi. They would have to obey three rules. To love each other for all eternity (Love was a new concept to Zenka, Icarus, and Natsume at the time.), To never disobey the chief on -any- order, and to never rid the darkness from their souls. If they disobeyed the contract, their souls would be erased from existence. (Zenka did not tell them that though.)

Icarus and Natsume agreed to the magically binding contract, and fell in love. Thus producing a baby boy. His parents loved him dearly, and took care of him, as the contract of the gods allowed them to feel emotions. Higura, unfortunately was born without feeling anything, not even negativity. Icarus began to suspect something was amiss in Zenka's plans, allowing him to bring a boy into the world that couldn't feel, hardly think, and among other things. He went and spied upon Zenka's meeting in the forest, with the gods. They were interested in Higura, wanting to use him. Icarus grew angry, and told his wife. He then later confronted Zenka about this, and Zenka only laughed. He pointed to Natsume, and told him "Kill her." The magic, taking effect on Icarus, forced him to kill the one he loved most in the world, even though he struggled, the magic burned through his body and soul as he tried to resist. Alone, and angry, Icarus fought with Zenka.

Zenka, having full mastery over the darkness, toyed with Icarus, tossing him around with tendrills of pure negativity, taking form like tentacles. He tortured the poor man for hours, demanding that he harm himself in a variety of ways. Icarus, bloody and broken, shouted to Zenka: "My son will defeat you and the gods!" whispering to himself, "I love you, son.", before summoning a blade of dark negativity, and taking his own life with it. Zenka then went to their hut, took the sleeping baby Higura, and burnt the hut down.

Higura was an extremely slow child. His first four years, he couldn't walk, speak, or do much of anything. He slowly began to learn to what to do, and would badger Zenka for attention repeatedly. Zenka pretty much ignored him, pushed him out of the way, or locked him in the basement. This went on for the next six years, Higura pretty much understood basic speech and actions, but not much else.

When Higura turned ten, Zenka met with the gods again. They were angry at his refusal to deliver Higura to him, and they attacked him, taking him prisoner while their fleet of metal birds (Spaceships) attacked the village, killing everyone, and taking Higura. The planet was later destroyed.

Over the next nine years, Zenka broke free from the gods, went about learning the ways of the universe, and killed anyone who got in his way. During his travels, he learned positive emotions, but mainly didn't care about them, more focused on his continued negativity, to maintain his dark powers. Around the time Higura turned nineteen, Zenka reunited with the boy, seeing a completely changed man. He was one filled with hate for the loss of his family, friends, and world. Zenka, knowing that the magic of the gods flowed through his parents, into Higura, ordered that he kill the gods. Higura, obeyed without question, and they went to the God's mechanical planet, Heaven. (Alien mothership.)

Zenka and Higura fought together. Zenka grew jealous of Higura's strength, and often competed against him, sometimes throwing him out of the way of kills, or throwing him into the path of enemies. Eventually, the reached the gods. Zenka challenged them, but they merely laughed, and ripped his soul from his body, tossing it into a dimensional rift. He was tossed into the soulstream, he sat, and thought how much he hated the gods, but.. he more so hated Higura, the one who would fufill -his- prophecy of killing the gods. Feeling angry, he eventually met with Nao, who was not pleased with his attitude and gave him the form of an Incubus.

Zenka began wandering Erinn, as an Incubus, not sure about what to do, other than find Higura, who he was sure was stuck in this strange land.

He could feel the darkness within the boy.
